Whether you live in a rural area with limited access to live continuing education (CE), or you simply prefer the ease of learning from the comfort of your home, you’re now allowed to complete more CE requirements online. The Connecticut legislature adopted House Bill 6733 (page 68 of linked document), which increases the amount of online CE hours massage therapists are permitted to complete.
Eighteen of the required 24 CE hours may now be completed via the internet or distance learning. Previously, massage therapists were allowed to complete six CE hours online.
