Fulfill Alaska License Renewal Requirements with ABMP CE!

Alaska's first license renewal date is September 30, 2017, and massage therapists and bodyworkers are required to report six CE hours. All of those hours may be earned online, and ABMP members can fulfill their requirements by taking courses at www.abmp.com/ce and earning free CE.

The ABMP Education Center offers more than 130 on-demand courses on massage and bodywork topics, including hands-on work, ethics, and self-care (which will be even more helpful in 2019 when Alaska requires 16 CE hours for renewal). Courses are NCBTMB approved and offer free CE hours for members who pass a short quiz.

For the most up-to-date information on CE requirements, you can find massage state board information at www.abmp.com/practitioners/state-requirements. ABMP members can log in at www.abmp.com/ce for details on course eligibility.

The newest course in the ABMP Education Center is "Intelligent Deep-Tissue Massage: Part 2-Upper Body" with Eric Stephenson, and it is available at www.abmp.com/members/continuing-education/online-learning/courses/webinar-intelligent-deep-tissue-massage-part-2-upper-body.
