Installment payments for annual membership and/or subscription fees may be an option for eligible individuals. Applicable benefits are continuous, provided timely monthly payments are received. Payments are automatically charged the same day each month, until the balance is paid.
If the payment method needs to be updated for any reason, you can log in to the website, click the "Manage My Account" link, and update the payment method there. Or payment method can be updated over the phone.
Should a payment fail, we will make every effort to communicate with the member and update payment to ensure the annual membership and liability insurance remain in effect.
If payment is not received, membership or subscription(s), and all associated benefits, will be canceled; in the case of liability insurance associated with membership, the insurance may be voided from the start date. All fees paid are nonrefundable and cannot be prorated, even in the event of a change in employment/professional/student status.
