HB 1082 would require all licensed massage therapists and certified reflexologists to carry a government-issued photo identification with them at all times when practicing. The name on the photo identification has to match the name on the massage therapy license or reflexology certification. This is an attempt to address human trafficking. The bill is in committee in the House Health Care & Wellness Committee this week. They are in Executive Session, which doesn't allow for public comment.
