The North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy has issued proposed rules implementing the new state massage establishment licensing law. These proposed rules are not yet final. You can read the proposed rules here.

A public hearing on the proposed rules will be held on April 19, 2018 at 1:00 pm at the Wells Fargo Capitol Center, 13th Floor Conference Room, 150 Fayetteville Street, Raleigh, NC 27601. You are welcome to attend the hearing; it is likely that public comments will be limited to two minutes per speaker.
