The Rockford City Council will be meeting on Monday November 20 at 5:30 pm in the City Council Chambers, 2nd Floor City Hall, 425 East State St., Rockford IL, to address a proposed massage establishment ordinance for the city of Rockford. Click here to read the draft ordinance.
ABMP has submitted an opposition letter to the City Council voicing our concerns about the ordinance. We are pleased that the latest version of the draft ordinance reduces the proposed establishment permit fee to $10.
You may request to speak at the November 20 meeting by filling out the the public participation form here by 5pm today (November 17). City of Rockford Public Participation Regulations allow a maximum of five members of the public to speak for up to three minutes each at each meeting.
