The deadline to renew your Colorado massage therapy license is January 31, 2015. The renewal fee is $76. If you do not renew your license prior to January 31 you will have a 60 day grace period to renew before your license will be deemed expired. However, a $15 late fee will apply to all licenses renewed during the grace period. Don’t delay; renew your license now to avoid a late fee.
When you renew, you will be required to update your Healthcare Professions Profile, or create one if you haven’t done so yet. The State now requires this information from all healthcare professionals for data collection purposes. For more information about the Healthcare Professions Profile Program, click here.

Once you have successfully renewed your license, you will receive a confirmation email containing your wallet card, which you can print from home. You will not receive a wallet card in the mail.
When you renew, please make sure that you have updated any new contact information such as a new address, phone number, or email address.
