New ABMP Webinar with Til Luchau: Working With Inflammation

This October, we're adding a new webinar to the ABMP Education Center every week throughout the month! This week's new webinar is "Working with Inflammation" with Til Luchau, which, as a bonus, will be free to view for the entire massage and bodywork profession until Sunday, October 28.

The ABMP Education Center, home to more than 180 on-demand continuing education opportunities for massage therapists and bodyworkers, is available at www.abmp.com/ce, and the new webinar is at www.abmp.com/members/continuing-education/online-learning/courses/webinar-working-inflammation.

Inflammation is involved in most musculoskeletal issues including joint pain, muscle soreness, many neuropathies, chronic pain, and more. But working with inflammation can be a real puzzle: sometimes hands-on work can clearly help; other times, massage or bodywork can worsen inflammatory reactions.

Join Til Luchau as he helps clarify inflammation's complexity and offers specific techniques, goals, and strategies for working with different types of inflammation. Topics include understanding inflammation's progression and resolution; types of inflammation; and pain, the brain, and inflammation.

As always, ABMP members can earn free NCBTMB-approved CE by watching the webinar and passing a quiz.
