ISPA Names Zeel Spa 2017 Innovation of the Year

The International SPA Association (ISPA) honored Zeel Spa with the first annual ISPA Innovation of the Year award at the ISPA Conference & Expo in Las Vegas that took place October 16–18, 2017.

The Zeel Spa platform launched in 2015 and allows spas, salons, and hotels to book a licensed, vetted, and insured massage therapist to fill vacant appointments. A large and growing number of top massage providers now use Zeel Spa to solve their staffing issues due to spikes in customer demand and last-minute absences.

“As the creator of the Massage On Demand category in the global massage industry, innovation is at the heart of what we do, and one of our core values. It’s a great honor to be recognized by the International Spa Association for the continued innovation we bring to the industry,” says Samer Hamadeh, founder and CEO of Zeel. “Zeel looks forward to expanding our partnerships with spas and empowering them to meet and exceed their staffing and revenue goals.”

These awards join other recent Zeel triumphs, including ranking #167 on the Inc. 500 list of fastest-growing companies in the US, #13 on Crain’s New York Business’ Fast 50 and a Best Place to Work in NYC by Crain’s.

The ISPA Conference & Expo is the premier event for the spa industry, bringing professionals from all spa industry sectors together in one location.
