Zeel Wins Stevie Award for Customer Service

Zeel, an on-demand massage company, won the bronze Stevie Award for customer service department of the year at the 15th Annual Business Awards (ABAs).

“We're honored to be recognized for our dedication to providing white glove customer service to our customers and massage therapists alike,” says Samer Hamadeh, Zeel founder and CEO. “Zeel continually sets the standard for at-home massages and customer service.”

The company’s convenience and attention to detail include live customer service via text, email and phone; for bookings as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 10:30 p.m., 365 days a year and in 60-plus US cities.

“Each year the judges find the quality and variety of the nominations to be greater than the year before. The 2017 competition was intense, and every organization that has won should be proud,” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards.

The name Stevie is taken from the name Stephen, which is derived from the Greek for “crowned.” Entries for the 2018 ABAs will open in October 2018.

The American Business Awards is a US-based business awards program. Organizations—both public and private, for-profit and non-profit—may submit nominations. More than 3,600 nominations from organizations in nearly every industry were evaluated, and more than 190 professionals worldwide participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie award winners.
