** FTP passwords are transmitted in plain text, so for your protection our server requires encryption. Our server is configured to use explicit TLS encryption using the STARTTSL command. Most FTP software auto-detects this setting, but some may require you to set it manually. Your software may call this setting something different. Please consult with the software's documentation, or contact their support if you need help finding this setting. We recommend you use FileZilla.
