Artichoke Discontinuing Service, Instructions for Accessing Data

As of February 20, 2020, Artichoke will be discontinuing all subscription services. Below is a notice from Artichoke and instructions that Artichoke is sharing with subscribers to download necessary business data.

ABMP members using Artichoke are encouraged to follow these instructions by the deadline of March 1, 2020. Discounts on other practice management and marketing tools are accessible to ABMP members at www.abmp.com/members/business-management/discounts-and-resources/discounts#practice-management-and-marketing-tools, and can be reviewed at www.abmp.com/discounts.

As of February 20, 2020, Artichoke will be discontinuing all subscription services. Prior to that date, we recommend identifying an alternative platform and to begin the process of migrating your business data immediately. There are many high quality platforms to consider, such as Acuity Scheduling, MindBody, Massagebook, Zenplanner, and Booker. A broader list can be viewed here: www.capterra.com/massage-therapy-software.

(ABMP members receive discounts on MindBody, MassageBook, and Schedulista scheduling software.)

Exporting Your Data

You can now export your data to CSV files, which can be opened as spreadsheets to simplify your transition using the new “DOWNLOADS” option on the dashboard. This option is only available on desktop, not mobile.

We’ve valued your business and regret any disruption that this may cause.

Any data left on the platform will be permanently deleted on March 1, 2020.

With the greatest appreciation and most sincere thanks for your business,

Justin Shelby
