What sets your service apart from other online scheduling services?

Mindbody is so much more than a scheduling solution. Mindbody offers wellness businesses the cutting-edge technology they need to help them run, market, and grow their business in a constantly evolving world. Mindbody is a robust business management solution that addresses critical business functions, such as staff management, scheduling, payment processing, marketing automation, and access to millions of consumers via the Mindbody app.

Mindbody recently acquired two platform partners—Bowtie and ZeeZor—that specifically focus on the spa and salon markets.

  • Bowtie is an AI-powered receptionist that enables a business to interact with customers via text for booking appointments or gathering general information. Bowtie allows businesses to scale out of their front desk and direct resources to other areas of the business, such as sales or marketing.
  • ZeeZor is an app-based product with staff engagement features that boost productivity and provide real-time data on trending business measures, such as product and service sales.

Both of these tools unlock new revenue streams and enhance customer retention strategies.

How does Mindbody streamline the marketing and booking processes for business owners?

Mindbody software provides automated marketing solutions through a feature called the Marketing Suite, which enriches new business development strategies, in addition to strengthening customer retention programs. Through its Marketing Suite, Mindbody helps wellness businesses rescue lost customers by sending them customized emails and alerts using an AI-driven formula with the intent of driving them back to the business.

Based on previous bookings, the customized emails contain customer-preferred days and times of the week in which to book appointments—and a discounted offer to return to the business at their convenience. With a few simple clicks, the customer can accept the offer, and the appointment automatically shows up on the schedule. The Marketing Suite is a powerful engagement and retention tool that has proven incredibly effective—and one that we are continually refining as new data comes into the platform.

Do you offer technical support to subscribers?

Yes, technical support is included in every plan we offer.

What’s in it for massage therapists to have their business listed on the Mindbody app? Massage therapists that list their business on the Mindbody app gain visibility to the many local consumers in their area who are actively looking for wellness services. We have nearly two million active app users that, on any given day, book roughly one million classes or appointments through the Mindbody app. The app is a terrific way for businesses to realize tangible exposure in their local markets.
