ABMP Wins Hermes Creative Awards for Podcast Series, Magazine

04/18/2025

Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP) received a pair of prestigious Hermes Creative Awards for its podcasts and magazine.

ABMP received a Hermes Gold Award in the Electronic Media/Social Media/Interactive Media Podcast Series category for The ABMP Podcast three-part series “Your Practice in 3D” and a Hermes Honorable Mention Award for the Massage & Bodywork, July/August 2024, “Fat 101” issue.

We’re honored to be recipients of a Hermes Award—an exciting recognition that reflects the passion and dedication our team puts into every piece of content we create,” says Darren Buford, ABMP Communications Director and Massage & Bodywork Editor in Chief. “At ABMP and ASCP, our media is crafted first and foremost with our members, readers, and listeners in mind. Being acknowledged by an esteemed organization like Hermes is a gratifying affirmation of that mission—like icing on the content cake.”

The three-part podcast series, which explores how massage therapists can deepen their understanding of anatomy through sight, touch, and tissue relationships, included the episodes “Seeing Anatomy,” “Feeling Anatomy,” and “Understanding Tissue Relationships.” The podcast was hosted by Rachelle Clauson and Nicole Trombley of AnatomySCAPES.

“Fat 101” earned honorable mention for its overall editorial content.

Associated Skin Care Professionals, a sister organization to ABMP, also took home two Hermes Awards for its content in ASCP Skin Deep magazine. The magazine took home the top-tier Platinum Hermes Award in the category of Print Media Design Publication Cover for the Winter 2025 “Hyper-Personalization” issue. That same issue also took honorable mention for the full content in the Print Media Publication Overall category. ASCP is honored for its first issue of the 2025 calendar year to take home these prestigious awards.

“This award is a testament to the creativity, collaboration, and relentless commitment of our team, and it inspires us to keep raising the bar year after year,” Buford says. “Thank you to our incredible staff—and most importantly to our members, readers, and listeners, who continue to be the heart of everything we do.”

The Hermes Creative Awards “honor the messengers and creators of the information revolution.” These awards are administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP). Award entries are accepted across multiple categories, including print and digital media, creative and website design, and philanthropy. More award info can be found at Hermes Creative Awards.
