What are the initial licensing requirements in my state?
Obtain 500 education hours, pass the MBLEx or NCBTMB exam, complete three hours of HIV/STD training, and provide a copy of a police record. 

What are the licensing renewal requirements in my state? 
Licenses must be renewed every year. Show proof of 15 CE hours.
