Take a moment to consider all the places you receive money from, and make a list (you don't have to show it to anyone). Then read through your list and notice how you feel about each source of income.
When taking care of anything, consistency is key. This applies to your finances too!
As important as examining and upgrading our beliefs is, there is also a component of action that is just as important. So how do we take action, especially when it comes to our finances?
As massage therapists and bodyworkers, we are generally quite good at working on the body.
Life has shown me that staying open to the unexpected is fruitful, and imposing too much of a plan feels restrictive. At the same time, I must admit that having a plan is helpful.
