Teach Them Well

Client Education is Key to Your Success

By Editorial Staff

Do you wish your clients better understood the benefits of massage and bodywork? Or that they booked with regularity—not just as a way to relieve their pain, but as a preventative measure?

Two ways to help your clients get there is through the amazing, restorative experience they have on your table, and through the knowledge you provide them about massage and its benefits. Your great skills will help with the first part of that puzzle; we can help with the latter.

Check out these great client education tools from ABMP and put them in your arsenal:
• Body Sense magazine—a quarterly
digital magazine for clients that you can
deliver right to their inbox.

• Customized Client Newsletters—Customize newsletters that you can send to clients as often
as you want.

• Client Brochures—Have a special event you’re attending or a new population you want to educate? Customize client brochures to help spread the word.

• Massagetherapy.com—Pass along this website to clients. There, they can learn even more about massage and sign up for a monthly eNewsletter.
