Oregon 05/28/03 04/24/03 5/28/03: Senate Bill 165 has seen no activity since January. Oregon legislative sessions adjorn in July 2003. 4/24/03: SB165 would allow the State Board of Massage Therapists to order mental health, physical condition or chemical dependency evaluations of the applicants or licensees upon reasonable belief that the applicant or licensee is or may be unable to practice massage with reasonable skill and safety to clients.
