She creates marketing resources for massage therapists at and teaches online marketing at Bancroft School of Massage Therapy and continuing education events through the USA. Ryan Hoyme
Back in 2005, Ryan Hoyme was looking for a way to help his massage students when they missed class. So he created a video of his classes for their review. What he soon realized was that more than just his students were watching his videos. So he decided to produce more massage videos for the world to view. The "Massage Nerd" was born and since then his YouTube channel has received more than 160 million views, averaging 60,000+ views a day. Learn more at
Laura Allen

Laura Allen is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at CryoDerm. Allen became a licensed massage therapist and bodyworker in 1999 and is the owner of THERA-SSAGE, a clinic and educational facility in Rutherfordton, NC.  Allen's regular ethics column, Heart of Bodywork, appears in Massage & Bodywork magazine. She has been an approved provider of continuing education under the NCBTMB since 2000, offering classes in professional ethics, business and marketing, and massage therapy. She resides in the mountains of Western North Carolina where she enjoys playing music with her friends, reading, writing, traveling, cooking, and studying all things Irish.  You can learn more about her work at
