Sheila Alexander is a massage practitioner and continuing education provider specializing in geriatric massage, ethics, and chair massage. In 2002, she cared for her father with Alzheimer’s and her mother with terminal cancer, experiences which led her to create a massage and spa program in a continuing care retirement community for residents in all levels of care.
