Video Course: Massage Smarter, Not Harder

Andrea Collins

Discover how you can evaluate your environment and your approach to massage to make your treatments more effective with less strain on your body. You’ll learn how to better stock your technique “toolbox” as we take a fresh look at massage techniques with an emphasis on body mechanics and posture. In this video presentation, you will see demonstrations of body-saving principles and learn dozens of specific tips and tricks for making your massage easier. In particular, you’ll get a unique look at the side-lying position, which allows you to access the client’s body in ways you normally can't in standard prone and supine positions.
