Video Course: Introduction to Foundational Movement Therapy

Maxime Morin

Many clients continue to have pain after regular massage treatments even when they are consistent with doing their self-care exercises. This lack of results is not because of the things they are not doing to help themselves, but rather the little things they are doing every day that aggravates their condition, like the way they sit, stand, walk, and sleep. Foundational Movement Therapy aims to make clients more conscious of these foundational movements and provides simple protocols to help these movements become more biomechanically efficient and thereby reduce the physical stresses that are contributing to their pain.
