Video Course: Intelligent Deep-Tissue Massage: Part 2-Upper Body

This course teaches therapists of all experience levels a safe and effective approach for addressing the upper body when performing Intelligent Deep-Tissue Massage. A special emphasis is placed on body mechanics and ergonomics as you learn to work comfortably in both standing and seated postures while working the upper body. Content includes demonstrations of techniques for the pectoralis major and minor, anterior deltoid, shoulder girdle, back, and flexors and extensors of the forearm.
