Video Course: Intelligent Deep-Tissue Massage: No Pain, All Gain

Eric Stephenson

Performing deeper work can often leave us exhausted and in pain, rather than invigorated and ready to do the things we love to do in our free time. In this course, you’ll discover an effective approach for performing deeper intent work without harming the client or yourself. You’ll learn to bring the four intelligences—mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual/creative—into your massage approach. We’ll explore the therapeutic relationship and the research behind its importance, as well as important findings about the science of pain. You’ll get valuable takeaways, whether you are new to the profession or have been practicing for years.
