She shares insights into how CST effects overall health as a fluid-moving system and the four aspects therapists are feeling for when they palpate the craniosacral rhythm. Lisa also talks about the fascial system and explain how it interfaces with the CSS and when to use SomatoEmotional Release in clinical applications.

Dr. Lisa Upledger
Dr. Lisa Upledger received her doctor of chiropractic degree from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. She practiced privately in Colorado and Florida before joining The Upledger Clinic in 1991. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Upledger teaches a series of intensive courses on craniosacral therapy (CST) and somatoemotional release for The Upledger Institute. She is also an examiner for The Upledger Institute's CST Certification Program. Dr. Upledger is a fellow of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture.
