Video Course: Career Opportunities in The Spa Industry

Jaime Huffman

Achieving the ability to meet therapeutic goals and provide client satisfaction can bring success, but a therapist’s career path does not have to end there. Participants in this session will have an opportunity to re-examine their role in light of the expanding spa industry. Topics include: requirements, expectations, and career paths for massage therapists in a spa setting. Key insights will be shared by a massage therapist with over 20 years of experience who runs a world-class resort spa (#5 in North America, #13 in the world) employing 50-plus massage therapists.
