Video Course: The Art and Science of a Good Night's Sleep

Anne Williams

Today, 60 million Americans don’t get the sleep they need to feel refreshed. If this is you, you know the negative impact that lack of sleep can have on your massage practice. It takes a lot of energy to show up for clients, listen carefully to their wants and needs, develop treatment plans to benefit their unique health picture, and stay motivated to provide your best work over a long shift. You need the best quality sleep to be your best quality self. This self-care course explores healthy sleep, insomnia, good sleep hygiene, and complementary health care that can improve the quality and duration of sleep.
