Tennessee 08/31/01 8/31/01: Senate Bill 1196 was signed into law by Governor Sundquist on May 22, 2001. This bill amends State Chapter 251, Licensure of Massage Therapists. Effective July 1, 2003, therapists applying for licensure will be required to receive a passing score on a competency examination approved by the board. |
