Video Course: Fascial Stretch Therapy

Ann and Chris Frederick

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a system of assessment and treatment that encourages the therapist to move in a continuous, gentle, dance-like motion, using their whole body-mind in a process that quickly and effectively removes restrictions to movement and restores function. It’s a great approach for therapists that have worn out their body and hands working from mostly static positions. In this presentation you’ll learn a variety of hands-on techniques that you can try on your clients and see the fast, effective results yourself. Learn to assess and treat tissue as it moves. Use FST either alone or integrated with massage for better results.
