What’s My “Member Email”?
Your member email is the primary email address we have for you and where we send correspondence. (If at any point you’d like to update your email address on file, simply log in with the existing address on file, clicking "Update My Contact Information," and provide your new email address. Going forward, this will be the email used to log in.)
Forgot Your Password?
Your default password is your last name, and it is case sensitive, meaning you do need to use appropriate capitalization, i.e. Smith or Smith-Jones. (For security purposes, we encourage members to update their password upon logging by clicking the “Change My Password” link in the right sidebar.) If you’ve updated your password and have forgotten it, submit your information via the "Forgot Your Password" form, and it will be e-mailed to you.
Still Can't Login?
Be sure you’re using the correct email address. If you have typed in your email and password but are still having trouble logging in, consider the following:
