Appropriate Use of Client Email Addresses and Anti-Spam Management
Whenever sending a generic email to more than one address, you need to provide recipients with an option to "unsubscribe." When they reply back, be sure to take them off your list for future emailings. Failure to follow this protocol may result in "blacklisting," which means your email messages would be refused by some servers.
